A committee has evaluated the applications for the BF Skinner Foundation Research Award for Students in Europe. On behalf of the board of the European Association for Behaviour Analysis it is a great joy to announce that two excellent projects have been selected to receive the awards granted by the B. F. Skinner foundation this year. The award will be delivered at our upcoming conference in Würzburg, Germany. The winning projects are:
- "Behavior Based Safety in the Hairdresser's shop". - A project by Alexandra Schönleber. Alexandra is an undergraduate student of Social Work at the University of Applied Sciences in Würzburg.
- How and why schedule-induced behaviors are developed and maintained, and their relationship with different behavioral phenomena. – A project by Gabriela E. López Tolsa Gómez. Gabriela is a fourth-year doctorate student in the program of Psychology of Heatlh in the School of Psychology at UNED, Madrid, Spain.
The board of EABA is looking forward to hear about the research results at our conference in Würzburg, September 19-22, 2018 in Würzburg, Germany.
The deadline for the application for the grants this year is June 15th, 2018.
