Regular registration fee (from 20th May 2022)
- Full EABA member: 150 EUR
- Non-member: 300 EUR
- Student EABA member: 80 EUR
- Other students: 90 EUR
The participation fee includes the conference materials, coffee breaks, 3 x lunch, welcome reception on Wednesday and city reception on Thursday.
Dinner fee
Dinner fee for EABA 2022 conference dinner on Friday is 50 EUR.
Payment
The participation fee(s) is paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card(no additional charges). Finnish participants can also choose invoicing (invoicing fee of 20 EUR will be added) or online banking as their payment method. Groups that have chosen invoicing as their payment method will receive a collective invoice (only one invoicing fee charged). The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate. If the participant has provided inadequate or faulty invoicing details when registering for the event, a supplementary fee of 20 EUR (VAT 0 %) will be charged in addition to the previous invoicing fee for issuing a new invoice.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received by 15 May 2022, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The refund will be made by bank transfer and possible bank charges will be for the registrants account. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. EABA Board Members
Board members will serve for two years, with offices staggered across election cycles. All Board members can be re-elected once for another 2 years.
President: with overall responsibility for the development of EABA, calling meetings, organising working parties to deal with specific issues, organising a committee to hold bi-annual conferences, and organising EABA committee elections.
Treasurer: with responsibility for managing the EABA account, collection of membership fees and conference registration, and to liaise with other organisations and providers with regard to any financial matters.
Secretary: with responsibility for maintaining the membership list, organising and maintaining the EABA web site, informing EJoBA of members’ addresses, and minuting EABA committee meetings.
Basic Science Representative: with responsibility for maintaining and forwarding the basic science objectives of the organisation through links with other academic institutions.
Applied Science Representative: with responsibility for maintaining and forwarding the applied science objectives of the organisation and liaising with accreditation boards, etc.
